HD (heavy duty) Double Lug Clamps HD (heavy duty) Double Lug Clamps from TKO are the same high quality heavy duty clamps with the exception of having a lug on both sides of the clamp allowing two accessories to be mounted on each clamp. Just like the regular HD clamps they are built to fit roll bars, hand rails, luggage racks, handle bars, bike frames and ladders with OD of 1.5” to 2.25” and every size in between. We can also accommodate those bars with less common sizes, for example the 1.85” on the Can-Am. Our smaller size clamps may be exactly what you need for that handle bar, luggage rack, bicycle, boat or motorcycle. Available in black finish. Each clamp comes with two rubber liners in 1/16” and 1/8” so each clamp can fit three different sizes. Please reference the sizing chart below when ordering. Attach Almost Anything TKO HD Clamps allow you to attach almost anything to your roll bar. So you can take those items rolling around on the floor and in your back end and hang them up out of the way on your roll bar for easy access. For instance you can put that GPS where you can see it. Mount your phone within easy reach. Attach a spare fuel can to your roll bar. Most importantly mount that Fire Extinguisher rolling around on the floor where it needs to be for easy access when needed. Great for your Razor, UTV, Jeep, boat or anything with a roll bar, hand rail or luggage rack. When using our rubber liners they will not mar your roll bar and do not require any drilling. Therefore you won’t void your warranty. No Special Tools Required No specialty tools are required to install or remove your accessory. An Allen wrench is all that is needed to install and attach your accessory to the clamp. A Superior Clamp Like all TKO Clamping Systems products they are machined out of solid 6061 T6 aluminum and use stainless steel screws to reduce corrosion. The HD (heavy duty) Clamp is more streamlined than most of our competitors. The bolts are recessed into the clamp unlike those clamps that have wings sticking out of either side. Each clamp fits multiple sizes. With fewer moving parts they are also less expensive than our other clamps and mounts.
