Description This is a Stainless Steel Ball Stretcher with a split ring design and double loops for adding extra weights. The split ring means that instead of having to pull the testicles and scrotum through a hole, it can be opened and closed around the balls allowing the opening to be smaller and the ball stretching ring to be thicker and heavier. You simply unscrew with the allen key provided and then place around the scrotum and screw back together.
