Each agave brings a unique dimension—Espadín contributes a subtle smokiness layered with aromas of wet earth and wild flowers, Barril adds citrus, floral elements, and green pepper notes, while Mexicano offers herbaceous, earthy flavors with a viscous, powerful finish. Produced in Oaxaca using traditional methods—earth pit roasting, tahona milling, open-air fermentation, and copper still distillation—Bozal Ensamble is bottled at 47% ABV.
