DescriptionBumetanide is a high-potency loop diuretic that inhibits the Na?/K?/2Cl? cotransporter (NKCC2) in the thick ascending limb of the loop of Henle. It is widely used in preclinical and in vitro studies related to renal physiology, fluid retention, edema, hypertension, and electrolyte homeostasis.Each ampoule contains 0.5mg of Bumetanide in 2ml of solution.
