Alma PaprikaA classic pepper, commonly found in the dried state on spice racks. Dried, and sometimes smoked, the paprika is considered sweet if dried and ground without the seeds and placental matter – and “hot” if seeds and all are included in the powder. Can lend great color to a dish without too much heat.This plant will produce early in the Midwest and continue throughout the summer and fall.
